Upon approval of the application, the Residential Tenancy Agreement must be signed within a 24hr period unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.
The payment of 4 weeks Bond which will be lodged with the Office of Rental Bonds and 2 weeks rent will also be required at the signing of the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
Should your application be unsuccessful you will be contacted, and all documentation will be destroyed.
